Rebecca is the Associate Program Director of Clinical Education at Wingate University’s Physician Assistant program. She continues to practice in psychiatry and values a holistic approach to mental health treatments.
About Rebecca
Rebecca McClough is a graduate of Wingate University’s Physician Assistant program in 2010. She attended Grace College in Indiana for her undergraduate studies, obtaining a Bachelors of Science in Biology in 2005.
Prior to going back to PA school, Rebecca was a high school teacher at Ardrey Kell High School. She has always loved education and medicine and believes her profession as a PA, is a great way to blend these two passions.
Rebecca currently is the Assistant Program Director of Clinical Education at Wingate University’s Physician Assistant program, but has continued to work clinically in the field of psychiatry since becoming a PA.
She has had experiences in both outpatient and inpatient settings, with her most recent experience being in the field of eating disorders. She believes in a holistic approach in treating mental health issues in order for a patient to achieve the greatest outcomes.
She is looking forward to working with patients, of all ages, to create individualized treatment plans that fit best with their goals.
